Hello!

We're looking for an exceptional growth hacker to craft, develop and drive our growth strategies and initatives as we expand rapidly. We want to make the world a more open place, creating communities that allow people to share their thoughts anonymously. Having launched in November and specifically targeted key growth areas, we're now seeing significant potential with high usage and engagement.

This approach now needs to be expanded along with new, innovate ways to engage potential users, getting them to download the app and be part of the community. We face big, exciting challenges as we expand throughout the United Kingdom at a remarkable pace and we need you to oversee this growth.

Requirements

• Strong team skills - you'll be working closely with the founder and other team members
• Be the person who pushes us to think bigger, faster, more ambitious as you lead a fast paced, innovative growth team
• Understand how to acheive growth without spamming/annoying people
• Gather & analyse data like a boss. You understand numbers can tell you what is happening, but not why. You know when it's appropriate to get qualitative answers to your questions
• Know your retweets from your likes and your hashtags from your handles. Social media plays a big role, so you'll need to be a social wizard
• Understand what we're trying to do, see our vision and make it happen 
• Have the passion required to play a pivotal role in expanding Ekho worldwide

Ideal Candidate

• Previous start-up experience
• Demonstratable experience of owning and growing a product, app or business area
• Strong quantitative background
• You have a phenomenal sense of 80/20 and how to create real value
• Impeccable written & verbal communication skills. You can explain your thinking to anyone and can reason your argument with data

Compensation: Equity share. No salarly until we obtain funding.

Location: West Midlands based (remote working initially)
